Eligibility:
The City Experiences Giveaway (sponsored by Travel + Leisure Resort Development, Inc. d/b/a Travel + Leisure Vacations (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, District of Columbia and Puerto Rico who are 28 years of age or older (“Entrant”). Void where prohibited. No purchase necessary to enter the Sweepstakes. Employees of Travel + Leisure Resort Development, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Brandmovers, Inc. (“Administrator”), Hornblower Entities and/or any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, or any other company or individual involved with the design, production execution or distribution of the Sweepstakes (collectively with Sponsor, the "Sweepstakes Entities") and their immediate family (spouse, parents and step-parents, siblings and step-siblings, and children and step-children and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members of each such employee, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. "Hornblower Entities" means Hornblower Group, Inc. ("HB"), Hornblower Cruises and Events, LLC., Hornblower Cruises and Events Holdings, LLC, Hornblower Yachts, LLC., each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated, and related entities, any entity which now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with HB, and the shareholders, owners, partners, directors, officers, employees, and agents of the foregoing entities. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes an entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize or receiving a reward is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Sweepstakes Periods and Entry Pools:
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 20, 2025, and ends on at 11:59:59 PM ET on October 20, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). The Sweepstakes Period consists of 52 weekly entry periods and reward pools, 12 monthly entry periods and reward pools, and one (1) Grand Prize entry period and prize pool (each, an “Entry Period”).
Weekly Entry Periods - The weekly Entry Periods each begin on at 12:00:01 AM ET on Monday and end at 11:59:59 PM ET the following Sunday of each week during the Sweepstakes Period (each, a “Weekly Entry Period”). All entries received in any Weekly Entry Period will be entered into that Weekly Entry Period’s weekly random drawing pool (each, a “Weekly Entry Pool”).
Monthly Entry Periods - The monthly Entry Periods each begin at 12:00:01 ET on the 1st day of the month and end at 11:59:59 PM ET on the last day of the month (each, a Monthly Entry Period), except for the first Monthly Entry Period, which begins at 12:00:01 ET on October 20, 2025. All entries received in any Monthly Entry Period will be entered into that Monthly Entry Period’s monthly random drawing pool (each, a “Monthly Entry Pool”).
Grand Prize Entry Period - The Grand Prize Entry Period corresponds to the Sweepstakes Period. All entries received during the Grand Prize Entry Period will be entered into the Grand Prize random drawing pool (the “Grand Prize Entry Pool”).
How to Enter:
There are three (3) methods of entry into this Sweepstakes:
Website Experience & Registration: To enter via this method of entry, visit cegiveaways.com or (“Website”) during the Sweepstakes Period and spin a wheel that shows the potential number of entries available to win/receive. To enter, each entrant must register on the Website by entering their mobile phone number and opt-in. Sponsor will then text a link containing validation questions to the mobile number provided and the entrant must complete and submit the validation questions. Upon submitting the validation questions, the entrant will earn 50 entries into the applicable Weekly, Monthly and Grand Prize Entry Pool, simultaneously. Limit one (1) Website Registration per person during the entire Sweepstakes Period. Text message and data rates may apply. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting a mobile text entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the mobile number is registered. The entrant may be required to provide evidence that the entrant is the authorized account holder of the mobile number associated with the winning entry and complete an affidavit and any applicable release.
QR Code & Registration: To enter via this method of entry, scan the Sweepstakes QR code at a participating Travel + Leisure Vacations location or at a participating Travel + Leisure Vacations -Sponsored event during the Sweepstakes Period, which will lead to the Website (defined in Official Rule 4 a). Once at the Website, spin the wheel that shows the potential number of entries available to win/receive. To enter, each entrant must register on the Website by entering their mobile phone number and opt-in. Sponsor will then text a link containing validation questions to the mobile number provided and the entrant must complete and submit the validation questions. Upon submitting the validation questions, the entrant will earn 50 entries into the Weekly, Monthly and Grand Prize Entry Pool, simultaneously. Limit one (1) QR Code Registration per person during the entire Sweepstakes Period. Text message and data rates may apply. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting a mobile text entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the mobile number is registered. Online Entry Form: To enter via this method of entry, without visiting a Travel + Leisure Vacations location or Travel + Leisure Vacations -Sponsored event, visit ceamoe.com (“Website”) to find, complete and submit the online entry form to receive fifty (50) entries into the Weekly, Monthly and Grand Prize Entry Pool, simultaneously. Limit one (1) Online Entry via this method of entry per person during the entire Sweepstakes Period. Limit of fifty (50) entries per person during the entire Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the method of entry.
Weekly, Monthly and Grand Prize Random Drawings:
There will be 52 weekly winners to be selected in 52 random drawings (one per Weekly Entry Period); 12 monthly winners to be selected in 12 random drawings (one per Monthly Entry Period); and one (1) Grand Prize winner to be selected in the Grand Prize random drawing. The weekly random drawings will occur each Monday during the Sweepstakes Period. The monthly random drawings will occur on the 1st business day of each month during the Sweepstakes Period. And the Grand Prize random drawing will occur on or about Tuesday, October 20, 2026. Each winner will be selected via a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period by Administrator. All non-winning entries from any Entry Pool WILL roll over to subsequent Entry Pools. Each potential winner will be notified by email on or about the day of the applicable random drawing. The potential winners must respond to the winner notification email message within 24 hours of time sent or will forfeit their right to the Prize and the Prize may then be awarded to an alternate winner, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, and time permitting. The potential Monthly Prize and Weekly Prize recipients will receive an email notification with instructions on how to redeem their Prize. The potential Grand Prize winner will then be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release (where legal) within 7 days of issuance, or Grand Prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner, time permitting (at Sponsor’s sole discretion). Potential Grand Prize winner will also be required to execute and return an IRS Form W-9 (and will receive a subsequent 1099 IRS Form for the actual retail value of the prize) along with a Winner Release and any other documentation that Sponsor may require and return it by the date specified by Sponsor in the notification, or prize may be forfeited in its entirety and another potential winner may be selected, time permitting. Grand Prize winner will be issued a 1099 for the actual value of the prize for the calendar in which the prize is awarded. THE POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY ADMINISTRATOR AND SPONSOR’S DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES.
Sweepstakes Odds:
Odds of winning the Grand Prize, Monthly Prize or receiving a Weekly Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received in each applicable Entry Period.
Prizes and Approximate Retail Values (“ARV’s”):
One (1) Grand Prize – Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) presented in the form of a check, a $2,500 airline voucher and any One (1) City Experiences Voucher for up to three (3) experiences in winner’s chosen destination of London, Paris or New York. Winner may use the check for any purpose without restriction. Airfare Voucher will be awarded via an Airline Credit from Reward Link. Entry Conditions and Release:
By entering, each entrant agrees to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a participant's entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance or use or misuse of prize (including any travel or activity-related thereto) and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of entry.
General Conditions:
All entries become the property of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an entrant who submits more than the one permitted entry, or who the Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with, influence, or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health of other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction or if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) award the Grand Prize and any unclaimed prizes in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received for the Sweepstakes as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. Entrant further agrees and acknowledges that Sponsor reserves the right to forfeit or award any unclaimed or leftover prize at its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other Sweepstakes or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner and void all associated entries, game plays, and/or prize claims. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Only the type and quantity of prizes described in these Official Rules will be awarded. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Limitations of Liability:
The Sweepstakes Entities as set forth above are not responsible for: (1) for late, lost, jumbled, garbled, misdirected, delayed, incomplete, incorrect, or inaccurate entries, game plays, prize claims, email, mail, or other communications of any kind, whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes or by any human error; (2) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (3) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (4) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (5) technical, network, mechanical, typographical, human or other error or problem which may occur in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, errors or problems which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries, game plays or prize claims the announcement of the prizes, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize (including any travel or activity-related thereto). If for any reason an entry or game play is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrants sole remedy is another entry or game play in the Sweepstakes, provided that the Sweepstakes has not been terminated.
Disputes/Governing Law:
Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, other than those concerning the administration of the Sweepstakes or the determination of winners or for any disputes arising from the loss or injury from the participation in a prize, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any disputes arising out of these Official Rules (except for any disputes arising from the loss or injury from the use of prize) shall be submitted to final, binding arbitration conducted in the State of Florida under the Arbitration Rules and Procedures of the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services Inc. before a single, neutral arbitrator who is a former or retired Florida state or federal court judge with experience in entertainment matters who shall follow Florida law and the Federal Rules of Evidence and have no authority to award punitive damages. Either party may enforce a final arbitration award in any court of competent jurisdiction in the state of Florida, including an award of costs, fees and expenses incurred in enforcing the award. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Sweepstakes Entities shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief (unless otherwise precluded by any other provision of these Official Rules) in the state and federal courts of the state of Florida. Any dispute or portion thereof, or any claim for a particular form of relief (not otherwise precluded by any other provision of these Official Rules), that may not be arbitrated pursuant to applicable state or federal law may be heard only in a court of competent jurisdiction in the state of Florida; (iii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of- pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iv) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out- of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Florida or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Florida.
Data Collection:
The personal information will be collected, used, and disclosed to administer this Sweepstakes and awarding the prizes and may also be used to provide you with marketing communications from Sponsor and/or the Hornblower Entities. Information collected from entrants in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at https://www.travelandleisureco.com/VOR-privacy-notice. Any entrant personal information disclosed in the Sweepstakes and shared with the Hornblower Entities shall be processed in accordance with the privacy policy found at https://www.cityexperiences.com/privacy-policy/.
NOTICE OF FINANCIAL INCENTIVE FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS:
The prize(s) offered under this Sweepstakes may be considered a “financial incentive” under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (the “CCPA”). Generally, Sponsor does not assign monetary or other value to personal information. However, in the event Sponsor is required by law to assign such value in the context of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor has valued the personal information collected and used as being equal to the value of the possible discount or financial incentive provided and the calculation of the value, in this case, is based upon a practical and good-faith effort involving the expenses associated with offering the incentives. The personal information categories collected may include identifiers such as your name, email address, mailing address, state, zip code, mobile number and age range. By registering for and participating in this Sweepstakes, you are opting in to potentially receiving the financial incentive. Participation is entirely voluntary. You may opt in by following the entry or participation instructions provided.
